1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a weak 29.9 inch low will move east across the canadian 
maritimes through saturday. meanwhile, a 30.1 inch high will build 
into the upper great lakes saturday through early sunday before 
drifting east to quebec and new england by monday, then east of the 
new england coast by tuesday. another broad 30.1 inch high will 
build into the ohio valley and mid atlantic by wednesday.
