strong compact wind field associated with this low will support
gales and expanding snow shower activity across the region. the
low will exit to the northeast of georgian bay tonight into
thursday. strong winds and cold air circulating around the system
will sustain gales and snow showers through thursday. high
pressure, 30.40 inches, will expand across the western and
southern great lakes region friday into saturday. deepening low
pressure is then forecast to lift across the region from the
southwest saturday night and sunday, bringing widespread snow
with a chance for gusty winds in the wake of the system sunday
night.
