the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...an elongated 29.7 inch low will move into central quebec 
this afternoon, while a 29.6 inch low develops and tracks northeast 
off the mid-atlantic and new england coastlines through this 
evening. this second low will then retrograde northward and then 
northwestward across the canadian maritimes and quebec respectively 
friday and saturday. a 29.7 inch low will then deepen to 29.2 inches 
as it tracks from the southeastern states northeast off the atlantic 
coast saturday through sunday, while a 30.2 inch high ridges across 
the lower great lakes. a 29.1 inch low will then pinwheel 
counterclockwise about ontario, quebec, and hudson bay monday 
through tuesday night, sending an attendant cold front across the 
lake tuesday.
