.synopsis...a 29.9 inch low will move from near georgian bay to new 
england through tonight. an arctic cold front will cross the lower 
great lakes thursday. a strong 31.0 inch high will then build from 
the northern plains friday to the southern plains by saturday before 
expanding into the ohio valley sunday while weakening to 30.4 inches.
