1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.5 inch surface low near james bay will swing a cold 
front through the lower great lakes today, with a 30.1 inch high 
building over the ohio valley and lower great lakes saturday. a 29.5 
inch low will then move from northern ontario to james bay sunday, 
sending its cold front across the lake through the afternoon hours. 
a 30.2 inch high is then forecast to build across the ohio valley 
monday. on tuesday a 29.5 inch low to the north of lake superior 
will swing a cold front across the lake by tuesday night.
