1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 28.9 inch low over central quebec will continue 
to move east tonight. in its wake, a 30.1 inch high will slowly 
build across the lake tonight and early saturday, before drifting 
off the atlantic coastline later saturday and saturday night. a 29.5 
inch low moving across ontario and quebec will push its attendant 
cold front across the lake sunday. a large 30.6 inch high will then 
build east across the lake monday. a 29.8 inch low just north of 
lake superior tuesday will pass north of the lake, resulting in a 
pair of fronts passing across the region.
