a stalled frontal boundary over northern ohio will finally lift 
northward later today as a warm front. low pressure 29.70 inches 
will track northeast through the upper midwest and upper great 
lakes late tonight into saturday. a trailing cold front will 
sweep eastward across lake erie saturday evening. a ridge 
averaging 30.10 inches will build into the ohio valley region
saturday night and sunday before shifting east by monday into 
tuesday.

lake michigan late tonight into saturday morning, quickly moving 
into quebec by saturday evening. as the low passes to the north, 
breezy southerly winds will develop for this afternoon and night, 
then shifting west to northwest on saturday with the passage of 
the cold front. widespread rain and embedded thunderstorms will 
accompany the approaching and passing low through tonight. 
additionally dense fog will likely persist off and on with 
visibility of 1 nm or less across the open waters through the day 
today and continue into saturday morning. fog will gradually clear
through the day saturday as breezy southwest winds increase into
