  advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and 
  seas 11 to 16 ft at 18 seconds expected. for the gale watch, 
  south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 
  15 ft at 17 seconds possible.
