  state park

* timing...flooding impacts are expected within 2 hours either 
  side of the high tide cycle. high tide will occur around noon. 
  the astronomical tide is near the highest levels of the month.

* tidal flood impacts...water may begin to approach the most 
  vulnerable locations along the coast. low-lying causeways will 
  have some minor splash-over, but inundation is not expected.

* shoreline flood impacts...minor splashover is possible.
