a 30.6 inch high over new england this morning moves into the
atlantic later today as a 29.6 inch low moves through southern
manitoba towards thunder bay. the low moves north of lake superior
tonight, reaching james bay by thursday afternoon as high pressure
builds back into the upper great lakes thursday and friday. the high
builds to 30.5 inches over the lower great lakes by saturday. on
sunday, a 29.3 inch low pressure develops in the lee of the northern
rockies while the 30.5 inch high pushes off of the eastern seaboard
into the atlantic. this low pushes east through the upper great
lakes sunday night before lifting into northern quebec by monday.
