.synopsis...a ridge of high pressure averaging 30.2 inches will 
build into quebec and new england through tonight. low pressure 
averaging 29.1 inches will then cross the lower great lakes sunday 
night, before moving to northern new england and southern quebec 
monday, then to the canadian maritimes by tuesday while deepening to 
28.9 inches.
