the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.9 inch clipper low will move off the new england 
coast this evening. a 30.6 inch high will then build over the lower 
great lakes tonight, then east across new england wednesday before 
moving southeast of nova scotia thursday. a 29.5 inch low will then 
move from the north shore of lake superior wednesday night to 
northern quebec by thursday night, with a trailing cold front 
crossing the lake thursday night and friday. a 30.5 inch high is 
then forecast to build into the central great lakes saturday, then 
drift east to new england by sunday.
