the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a strong 30.7 inch high will build northeast into 
northern new england today, then into east-central quebec tonight 
while weakening to 30.3 inches. an elongated 29.7 inch low over the 
southeastern states this morning will quickly move into the mid 
atlantic this afternoon, then off the new england coast monday while 
deepening to 29.3 inches. another weak 29.9 inch area of low 
pressure will slowly meander across the great lakes tuesday through 
wednesday night.
