1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.9 inch clipper low will cross lake ontario tonight, 
then will slide off the new england coast tuesday. a 30.6 inch high 
will then build from the central great lakes tuesday to the new 
england coastline wednesday, before moving southeast of nova scotia 
thursday. a cold front will cross the lake friday, with a 30.5 inch 
high then forecast to build east across the great lakes saturday.
