29.3 inches as it moves to labrador by tuesday afternoon. meanwhile,
a 30.6 inch high will build from the tennessee valley tuesday to off
the mid atlantic coast wednesday. another 29.8 inch low will move
from the upper great lakes wednesday to southern quebec by thursday,
then to the canadian maritimes by friday. an arctic cold front will
move across the lower great lakes friday.
