build from the ohio valley this afternoon to off the mid atlantic 
coast by friday night. a 29.5 inch low will then move from the upper 
great lakes saturday to central quebec sunday before weakening over 
northern quebec monday. a 30.3 inch high is then forecast to build 
from northwest ontario province monday to the central great lakes 
tuesday.
