.synopsis...a 29.9 inch low will move off the southern new england 
coast today. a broad 30.1 inch high will then build across the lower 
great lakes tonight through wednesday, then drift off the east coast 
thursday. a weak cold front will cross the lake thursday night 
through early friday before another 30.1 inch high builds across the 
upper great lakes friday and the lower great lakes by saturday night.
