new england tonight, then east of the canadian maritimes by tuesday. 
meanwhile, a weak 29.9 inch low over the virginias this evening will 
move to the mid atlantic coastline tonight, and then move off the 
southern new england coast tuesday. a broad 30.1 inch high is then 
forecast to build across the great lakes tuesday through wednesday, 
then drift off the east coast thursday. a weak cold front will cross 
the lake friday before another 30.1 inch high builds across the 
upper great lakes friday and the lower great lakes by saturday.
