1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.5 inch high over central quebec will slowly weaken 
and pull northward through tonight. a 29.6 inch low will then 
approach the lower great lakes from the south late tonight into 
thursday, while strengthening to 29.4 inches by late thursday. the 
low will then move through the lower great lakes thursday night 
while continuing to strengthen, before tracking northeast on friday 
and into the canadian maritimes by saturday, deepening to 28.7 
inches by saturday. a large 30.4 inch surface high will then build 
across the ohio valley and lower great lakes region through sunday.
