for waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on lake huron

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...the expansive strong surface high, 30.50 inches,
currently situated north of lake huron, will continue to push 
eastward across quebec through the evening. low pressure, 29.50 
inches, will approach from the central plains into the western 
great lakes on thursday, bringing another round of precipitation 
to the region. this low will then exit northeast of the great 
lakes on friday. another low, 29.70 inches, then quickly follows 
into the region on saturday.
