for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake erie

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
high pressure 30.40 inches over the northeast will remain in
control through friday night. on saturday, a weak low of 29.90 
inches should drift southeastward across the northern great lakes 
and vicinity, and allow the trailing cold front to begin to sweep 
eastward across western lake erie. during sunday, the low should 
drift farther southeastward to lake erie, devolve into a trough 
averaging 30.00 inches over lake erie and the upper ohio valley, 
and the cold front should dissipate over and near central lake 
erie. a ridge averaging 30.20 inches should then build generally 
from the west sunday night through this tuesday.
