waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low will slowly track east across lake 
ontario overnight. a weak trough will persist over the lake on 
sunday morning, before weak high pressure over west virginia noses
northward over the region sunday afternoon and sunday night. a 
wavy cold frontal boundary over lower michigan on monday will 
slowly work across the lake on tuesday into tuesday night. a 30.0 
inch high centered over western ontario on wednesday will settle 
across the lower great lakes wednesday night and thursday.

system brings more showers and thunderstorms, and a brief period

another opportunity for thunderstorms.
