the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.1 inch high draped across ontario and quebec will 
drift east to new england by monday, then offshore by tuesday. 
another broad 30.1 inch high will then build into the ohio valley 
and mid atlantic by wednesday, where it will remain through at least 
thursday. a weak 30.0 inch low will track near the lake later 
friday.
