waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high will extend from the ohio valley to
the eastern seaboard today. this high will drift off the southeast
coast friday. a weak cold front will settle south across the lower
great lakes saturday through saturday night. another 30.4 inch high
will build southeast into the region monday and center near or just
east of the lake through wednesday.
