average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.9 inch trough will push south out of the upper 
great lakes tonight. this trough will be followed by 30.1 inch 
ridging over lake superior sunday. this ridge will weaken slightly
to 30.0 inches monday night as a weak 29.9 inch trough clips the 
northern shore of the lake. the 30.0 inch ridging will persist 
through the remainder of the week while 29.8 inch troughing 
develops over northern minnesota.
