.synopsis... 

low pressure of 29.5 inches over north central oklahoma will move
through the middle mississippi river valley later today and into
tonight, and then into the northeastern part of the country 
wednesday into thursday.

the low will bring a prolonged period of gusty northeast winds 
and building waves tonight into wednesday morning, then shift
north to northwest wednesday afternoon and night. brisk northwest
winds should linger thursday into thursday night. 

gales are expected at times tuesday afternoon into wednesday night,
mainly for the southern two thirds of lake michigan. gales are
also expected over the northern one third of lake michigan later
wednesday afternoon into wednesday night. some freezing spray may
occur in the middle and toward the end of the week.

it shifts into the northeastern part of the country later in the
week.

the low will bring a prolonged period of gusty northeast winds 
and building waves later monday into the middle of the week.

evening, mainly for the south half of lake michigan.
