over the upper great lakes through tonight. this high will build 
to 30.3 inches and remain over the region through saturday, when 
it shifts east over ontario, and eventually quebec. low pressure 
of 29.6 inches will then develop over the dakotas late sunday. 
this low will strengthen monday evening to 29.4 inches while 
lifting northeast into ontario. the low will swing a 29.6 inch 
trough through the upper great lakes monday into tuesday and 
another on wednesday. a 29.9 inch inch ridge builds into the great
lakes region beginning thursday next week.
