waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a cold front just south of the lake will push se. 
a weak ridge of high pressure averaging 30.20 inches will build 
behind the front tonight. low pressure 29.80 inches over se 
ontario will force a cold front across the lake wednesday. high 
pressure 30.60 inches will build over the great lakes on thursday,
shifting east of the region for friday. a warm front will 
approach the lake on saturday.
