for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake erie

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
high pressure averaging 30.20 inches affects lake erie through
thursday as a warm front approaches from the south. this warm
front sweeps northward across the lake thursday night as a low of
29.60 inches tracks northeastward from near eastern iowa to near
northern lake huron. a cold front should move eastward across 
lake erie friday evening and overnight friday night as the 
aforementioned low moves farther northeastward and deepens to 
29.10 inches. high pressure of 30.20 inches should build from the
upper midwest on saturday and begin to exit northeastward from
lake erie on sunday. a warm front should lift northward over lake
erie sunday night and be followed by a cold front sweeping 
eastward on monday as a low moves from the mid-mississippi valley
toward southern quebec and deepens to around 29.80 inches.

.synopsis...warm front lifts northward tonight bringing showers
and chances for thunderstorms into tomorrow. the center of this
low pressure, 29.70 inches, will cross through the central great
lakes thursday night leading to increased southerly flow up to
around 25 knots. the passing of the system will drive a cold
front through the region on friday and result in winds shifting
to the northwest and likely gusting to 25 knots or greater.
