waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...low pressure of 29.5 inches over georgian bay will 
slide to the ottawa river valley by monday afternoon while 
weakening to 29.8 inches, then move off the new england coast 
monday night. a cold front tied to the low will cross the lake 
this evening. 30.1 inch high pressure will build across the 
western great lakes tuesday before reaching the eastern great 
lakes wednesday.

15 knots. a chance of showers late. waves 3 to 5 feet.

.monday night...west winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northwest less
than 10 knots. showers in the evening, then a chance of showers
