1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...30.3 inch high pressure centered over northern new 
england will gradually settle to the south and into the carolinas 
by friday. the high will then remain nearly stationary over the 
carolinas through the weekend. a cold front will move east 
across the lake late sunday night into monday.
