waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.2 inch will drift east into southwest quebec
through tonight. a weak warm front will gradually push across the
lake thursday and thursday evening. a 29.4 inch low over lake 
superior thursday night will track well to the north of lake 
ontario friday and friday night while deepening to 29.2 inches. 
the deep storm system will push a strong cold front across the 
lake friday night. an expansive 30.2 inch high will build across 
the great lakes on saturday and sunday.

.synopsis...high pressure 30.20 inches over eastern ontario will
be across the lake today. low pressure 29.60 inches will track 
out of the plains towards the upper great lakes tomorrow, lifting 
a warm front north across lake erie. this low will deepen to 29.20
inches as it continues northeast into quebec on friday, with a 
trailing cold front crossing lake erie on friday afternoon and 
evening. high pressure 30.20 inches will build east across the 
great lakes over the weekend.
