.synopsis...a ridge averaging 30.2 inches will build across the 
ohio valley and mid atlantic this weekend. a 29.8 inch low across
the lower mississippi valley is forecast to deepen to 29.4 inches
as it moves up towards the ohio valley monday, reaching western 
lake ontario tuesday then lingering over the area through 
wednesday.
