.synopsis...a 29.0 inch low will linger over eastern quebec today,
deepening to 28.2 inches at it then slowly advances towards
newfoundland wednesday. another 29.2 inch low will develop south of
nova scotia thursday, then move north across the canadian maritimes
friday, remaining in place through saturday. meanwhile, a 30.1 inch
high will then build from northwest ontario province friday to james
bay and the lower great lakes by saturday.
