tuesday afternoon. on wednesday, a 30.5 inch high pressure ridge
will build south into the northern plains while a 29.7 inch trough
develops from new england westward toward lake superior. by
thursday, lake superior will be between a low pressure of 28.6
inches near the quebec-labrador border and a high pressure ridge of
30.5 inches building southeast through the upper midwest. during
thursday night and friday, the high pressure ridge will shift across
the upper great lakes region.
