average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.3 inch high pressure over the southern plains 
this evening continues south while extending weak 30.0 inch ridging 
across lake huron. ridging shifts south ahead of a 29.6 inch low 
pressure currently over far northwestern ontario. this low tracks 
southeast across eastern lake superior and adjacent portions of 
ontario late tonight while deepening to 29.4 inches on tuesday 
morning. by tuesday night, the low pressure shifts east over 
southern quebec at 29.5 inches while a broad high pressure ridge 
builds southeast toward the great lakes basin. ridging builds to 
30.2 inches over lake superior by wednesday evening then to 30.4 
inches on thursday. a weak 30.2 inch inverted trough moves across 
lake superior on friday before ridging of at least 30.4 inches moves 
back over the lake on saturday.
