.synopsis...a 30.6 inch high will build across the central great 
lakes and ohio valley today. the high will then slowly weaken to 
30.3 inches while building east across the lower great lakes sunday 
and monday. elongated low pressure averaging 29.8 inches will then 
push across the great lakes tuesday and wednesday.
