.synopsis...a 28.8 low over the canadian maritimes will withdraw 
northward across labrador tonight and tuesday. a 30.3 inch high will 
build from the upper great lakes tuesday to the lower great lakes 
wednesday, then to new england thursday. a 29.6 inch low over 
northern ontario will then make its way to quebec friday, while 
pushing its trailing cold front across the lake. a 30.1 inch high 
is then forecast to build across the lower great lakes saturday.
