1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a strong 30.9 inch high will build from the northern 
plains today to the great lakes saturday, then northern new england 
by sunday. a 29.7 inch low over the southeast united states sunday 
morning will move to the mid atlantic sunday afternoon, then off the 
new england coast monday while deepening to 29.2 inches. the next 
weak area of low pressure of 29.9 inches will slide across the great 
lakes tuesday through wednesday.
