1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high will build south from northern 
quebec to the great lakes by sunday while weakening to 30.2 
inches. a weak cold front will then move south across the lake on 
monday. a large area of high pressure centered over hudson bay on 
tuesday will extend southwards across the upper great lakes 
tuesday night through thursday.
