.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high from the great lakes to southern quebec
will settle southward to the ohio valley and northeast through 
tonight, where it will remain nearly stationary through wednesday.
a 29.7 inch low over the upper great lakes wednesday night and 
thursday will push a strong cold front across the lake thursday 
night. on friday...the lake will find itself between a 29.5 inch 
low over quebec and a 30.5 inch high over the northern plains.
