.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high will build across the great lakes 
today and tonight, then gradually expand to the ohio valley and 
eastern seaboard wednesday through thursday. this high will 
eventually drift off the southeast coast friday. a weak cold front 
will then settle south across the lower great lakes saturday.
