the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.9 inch high over the upper midwest will build 
southward across the plains states through saturday, before 
weakening to 30.4 inches and settling across the gulf coast states 
on sunday. the northeastern portion of this ridge will slide across 
the central and eastern great lakes sunday and monday, with a 
weakening 30.0 inch trough sliding across the lake tuesday. a 30.6 
inch high from central canada will move into the upper midwest 
wednesday.
