1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.5 inch low will track to southwestern quebec by 
this afternoon while weakening to 29.7 inches, and will then 
continue to push east across southern quebec tonight. a 29.6 inch 
low will then move from near lake superior sunday night to central 
quebec by later monday night, while pushing an arctic cold front 
across the lake monday afternoon. a 30.5 inch high will then slide 
east across the southeastern states tuesday and tuesday night, with 
a 29.8 inch low then making its way across the central great lakes 
wednesday.

showers from late evening on. waves 3 to 6 feet building to 7 to
10 feet. waves occasionally around 13 feet.

showers. waves 7 to 10 feet subsiding to 5 to 8 feet. waves
