.synopsis...an elongated 29.7 inch low will exit the lower great 
lakes through today. a 30.0 inch high will then build east across 
ontario and quebec monday through tuesday. a 29.9 inch low will move 
into the lower great lakes wednesday with a slow-moving frontal 
boundary approaching from the west thursday and friday.
