.synopsis...a 28.8 inch low will continue to move north across 
northern quebec through tonight, with a surface trough passing 
across the lake tonight. a 30.3 inch high will then build 
from the western great lakes tomorrow to the lower great lakes by 
early monday, then drift off the east coast monday night. a weak 
29.6 inch low will then cross the lower great lakes tuesday night 
before moving off the new england coast wednesday. a 30.1 inch high 
will then proceed to build from the ohio valley wednesday to the mid 
atlantic thursday.
