a cold front sweeps eastward across lake ontario through this late 
morning. behind the front, a trough averaging 29.8 inches lingers 
over lake ontario today. a high pressure ridge averaging 30.0 inches 
builds from the upper midwest tonight and traverses lake ontario on 
tuesday. the ridge will begin to exit eastward tuesday night before 
a cold front sweeps southeastward across the lake wednesday. behind 
the cold front, a 30.1 inch high will build from the upper midwest 
through this friday.
