1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.synopsis...a 30.1 inch high will build across the lower great
lakes today. a 29.7 inch low will track north of the lakes
tonight into thursday with an associated cold front crossing the
lake thursday night. a large 30.2 inch high will move across the
great lakes friday and into the weekend. this area of high
pressure will then slip east of the lake on sunday.
