plains thursday night, and track toward the upper mississippi 
river valley by friday evening. this low will move near or just 
north of lake michigan later friday night into saturday morning,

a 30.7 inch high over james bay and quebec this morning moves east 
today, allowing 30.3 inch high pressure over lake superior this 
morning to fall to 30.0 inches by friday morning ahead of a 29.5 
inch low developing over kansas and nebraska. this low tracks 
northeast to upper michigan and lake superior at 29.5 inches by 
saturday morning. weak 29.8 ridging builds over the lake on saturday 
evening as the low quickly departs into quebec. 29.5 inch troughing 
returns to the lake on sunday as a 29.1 inch low tracks across 
northern ontario. this will be closely followed by a 29.3 inch 
clipper low crossing the lake monday morning. by tuesday morning, 
the lake will be between 30.3 inch high pressure over northern 
ontario and 29.6 inch low pressure over the upper mississippi river 
valley.
