highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low pressure over lake erie will deepen to
29.4 inches in new england by this evening. 30.4 inch high
pressure near lake winnipeg will move to northern ontario and
builds to 30.5 inches by this evening. this high moves south into
southern minnesota by tuesday evening while weakening to 30.4
inches. this ridge weakens to 30.3 inches as it moves to the mid
mississippi valley wednesday evening. low pressure near 29.4 inch
begins to develop out of the northern plains thursday, sending
weak low pressure troughing near 29.9 inches late into friday into
the upper mississippi valley.

building to 4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet.
.tonight...northeast winds 20 to 30 knots becoming north 15 to
25 knots late. a slight chance of waterspouts through midnight.
scattered rain showers through midnight. waves building to 6 to
9 feet occasionally to 11 feet, then subsiding to 4 to 7 feet
occasionally to 9 feet.
.tuesday...north winds 15 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to
20 knots in the afternoon, then backing northwest late. waves
