If the SFO sensor and the iwindsurf.com Half Moon Bay sensor and the San Carlos NWS all have SW winds at noon and the marine layer is deep then the Peninsula will probably not blow. If San Carlos has southerly winds and SFO has W to NW winds then there will be holes and shifts near the beach.
