.synopsis...

modest north winds prevail across lake michigan this morning. low
pressure around 29.9 inches will pass to the south of lake 
michigan later this morning, bringing continued gusty north winds 
behind it this afternoon and tonight. gales appear unlikely, but a
few gusts to gale force are possible. 

breezy conditions will continue through saturday, with winds 
tapering saturday night, as strong high pressure around 30.5 
inches builds in from the northern great plains. low pressure
around 29.3 inches will track from south dakota to lake superior
on monday, so expect breezy southerly winds over lake michigan
during this time. the associated cold front will cross the region
tuesday afternoon.
