This site is good for wind conditions at Matheson Hammock Park
Matheson Hammock Details: Small Rocky Launch, extreme low tide requires a 50 yard walk out past the sandbar if you are windsurfing. Mostly used by kitesurfers, but when it's really windy, windsurfers show up.
There is a $4.00 entry fee, nice park with showers, bathrooms, snack bar on weekends, boat ramps, life guarded lagoon with sandy beach for children families. Get an annual pass and save a lot of money.
