1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a ridge averaging 29.80 inches exits gradually eastward from lake
erie tonight. on sunday, a cold front should drift eastward 
across the lake as low pressure deepens to 29.50 inches while 
moving northeast across ohio to eastern lake erie. low pressure
will wrap back west across the upper great lakes monday before
passing north of lake erie again on tuesday and tuesday night. a
trough averaging 29.70 inches will linger across the eastern great
lakes through through wednesday with a ridge building in from the
west on thursday.
