1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of

.synopsis...
high pressure currently over northern ontario moves to central 
quebec. on friday, a weak low of 29.90 inches moves from the mid 
mississippi valley toward the mid ohio valley before meandering 
and eventually dissipating in vicinity of the mid and upper ohio 
valley on saturday. simultaneously, a weak trough averaging 30.10 
inches will extend from the low and over lake erie. on sunday, a 
low of 29.50 inches and its trailing occluded front should move 
generally eastward across lake erie. behind the low and front, a 
ridge averaging 30.00 inches should build from the north-central 
united states through monday.
