1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.synopsis...a 29.5 inch low will wobble about the lower great lakes
region today, while a secondary 29.7 inch low develops along the mid
atlantic coast. the coastal low will slide northeast to off the new
england coast by friday morning, while deepening to 29.4 inches. the
two areas of low pressure will then consolidate into a 29.6 inch low
located near the maine coast friday. this low will slowly wobble
east, with a trough extending back west across the lake this weekend.
