waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a weak trough averaging 30.10 inches lingers over lake erie 
through sunday morning. simultaneously, this trough will extend 
from ian's remnant low, which will meander from near the central 
appalachians toward atlantic waters near the delmarva peninsula. 
this low will maintain minimum central pressure near 29.80 inches.
later on sunday through wednesday, a high pressure ridge 
averaging 30.20 inches will affect lake erie as the core of the 
ridge shifts from east of lake superior toward the central 
appalachians.
