.synopsis...the remnants of tropical system ian push north tonight 
and dissipate over north carolina and virginia before exiting the
east coast. a weak cold front will slip south across the lake late
tonight and sunday morning. a 30.6 inch high centered just south 
of james bay sunday morning will slowly drift south to the saint 
lawrence valley by sunday afternoon and night. this area of high 
pressure will be over the lake monday through wednesday. a 29.7 
inch low over the upper great lakes wednesday night and thursday 
will push a strong cold front across the lake thursday night.
